After returning to Georgia in 2023, Maya joined The Music Studio Atlanta and has since transitioned into her current role as Hiring Manager, where she blends structure, creativity, and people skills to build a strong, passionate team that supports students, families, and teachers.

Music has been part of Melody’s life from the start—her grandmother was a classically trained vocalist, her parents met performing in The Music Man, and she grew up harmonizing and performing at home. She earned her Bachelor’s in Music Education from Georgia State and Kennesaw State with a focus on early childhood and vocal pedagogy and has led programs from elementary classrooms to the Georgia Symphony Orchestra and The Greater Atlanta Girls Choir. Now, as Assistant Director for the In-Studio Division at The Music Studio Atlanta, Melody blends her experience and passion to create a joyful, inspiring environment where students thrive.
