“[Our Teacher] has been amazing with my 9 year old son. Chapman LOVES his time with him. We have only been with (his Teacher) for 5 months and my son is so good at the drums! Thank you for making it fun and always being patient and kind! You are the best.” Holly P., review from Google
Is your child tapping on everything, super sporty or squirmy in their seat? Consider drum lessons! Drum lessons develop coordination, focus, and confidence – they’re also a great outlet for high energy or sports-minded kids. Plus, drums are just plain fun!
Playing the drum kit coordinates all four limbs to work together, so it engages both sides of the brain simultaneously. This type of brain activity can actually improve an individual’s IQ level.
Drumming offers a multitude of benefits that go beyond music. It enhances cognitive abilities, improves memory, and builds discipline through structured practice and learning. These skills are invaluable, contributing to a child's overall development and success in various aspects of life. Learn more about why music lessons are beneficial for children HERE.
Drumming is not only a fantastic way to develop musical skills but also brings immense joy and happiness. As highlighted in our blog post, Wait, Music Lessons Bring You Happiness?, music lessons can significantly enhance well-being and provide an exciting outlet for self-expression. And for neurodiverse individuals, drumming offers an especially fun and engaging way to focus their energy, build confidence, and express themselves creatively.

We feel performing at our family friendly recitals, open mics, and other events are crucial to our students’ success - when you have a goal, and are supported by your teacher, family and/or friends to accomplish that goal, your only choice is to GROW! Our music lessons are so much more than learning music! We want to help create life skills that our students can take with them and assist them in life.
That's why it’s our pleasure to create opportunities to perform at prestigious venues including Fox Theatre in Atlanta, The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland, Graceland in Memphis, and Carnegie Hall in New York City with our Destination Performance Series. These experiences not only add tremendous personal experience, but also heightened interest to their resume or college application.
